Biography

He was born and raised on a farm in Burt Township, Cheboygan County, Michigan. Graduated from HS in 1937. He served as Intelligence Officer in an A-20 squadron, in England and later in France. After the war, he re-enlisted in the US Air Force and was a Flight Engineer on B-29's. Later, he was a Project Engineer for General Dynamics and other companies.
