On June 6, 2024, the world will mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

Help us commemorate this historic occasion at the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum in Abilene, Kansas, the boyhood home and final resting place of Dwight D. Eisenhower.

We invite all World War II veterans to join us in our goal to host the largest gathering of World War II veterans in the United States!

9 am: Meet a World War II Veteran, Visitors Center
9 am-5 pm: Free Museum Entry
10 am-4:30 pm: Veteran Video, Library Lobby
10 am & 1 pm: World War II Reenacting Corp, Lawn west of the Library
11 am: Remembrance Ceremony, Eisenhower Statue  Watch Live!*
12 pm: Ft. Riley 1st Division Brass Quintet, Eisenhower Statue
12-4:30 pm: Hands-On History Carts, Museum
2 pm: Veterans Panel, Visitors Center  Watch Live!*
