BIOGRAPHY
Private First Class Jack Sessions served in the Reserves until December 1949. He was the youngest of four sons to serve in WWII; three in the European theater and one in the Pacific theater. Jack was blind in one eye and had to memorize the eye chart be able to enter the service. Letters indicate he enjoyed his boat trip on the M.S. John Ericson along with 5000 men. He did not get sick and he enjoyed seeing the White Cliffs of Dover. He thought Germany was a very pretty place other than the destruction.
