BIOGRAPHY
Frank Shriner was born in 1924 in Pierce County, Washington. He completed high school and enlisted in the Army in April 1943. Shriner served in the 103rd Infantry Regiment 43rd Infantry Division. He was killed in action, in Manila, Philippines. Courtesy of fold3.com
