We understand the financial challenges facing teachers and public schools, and we work to remove barriers that limit meaningful learning opportunities. That’s why The Eisenhower Foundation partners with generous donors to help cover costs associated with K–12 IKEducation Learning Experiences.
Funding Options
Ike’s Field Trip Fund
If your field trip cannot happen without financial assistance, Ike’s Field Trip Fund can help! This fund is designed to provide financial support to accredited K–12 schools who want to visit the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum in Abilene.
Simply click below to apply and to be considered for funding. Please note that funds are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Schools accepting this funding may not require students to pay in any way to attend.
Field Trip Funding Application
For Schools Located in Northwest Kansas
The Dane G. Hansen Foundation provides grants for IKE Outreach where IKEducators deliver programs to schools in NW Kansas.
Counties eligible for this grant: Cheyenne, Cloud, Decatur, Ellis, Ellsworth, Gove, Graham, Jewell, Lincoln, Logan, Mitchell, Norton, Osborne, Ottawa, Phillips, Rawlins, Republic, Rooks, Russell, Saline, Sheridan, Sherman, Smith, Thomas, Trego, and Wallace.
