Ike’s Field Trip Fund

We know the many obstacles teachers at accredited schools face financially, and we do whatever we can to remove them in order to provide unique learning experiences. If your field trip cannot happen without financial assistance, simply complete this application to be considered for funding.

Please note: that funds are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Schools receiving Ike’s Field Trip Fund assistance may not request any sort of additional payment from students to attend

Thanks to our generous donors, a complimentary pizza lunch is available for groups participating in both a program and a museum tour.

Funding Information

Provide an estimate of your field trip expenses (i.e. school buses, school bus driver, substitute teachers). If you are not requesting funds for one these items, simply leave the field blank.
Please Note: the Eisenhower Foundation will reimburse up to $500 for field trip expenses per school. If you are bringing more than 55 students, other amounts may be considered. Once you have completed your field trip, simply submit an itemized invoice for expenses that will be reimbursed by the Eisenhower Foundation within 30 days.
