Biography

Rollo Roehrman was born to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Roehrman near Hope, Kansas, in 1926. He grew on a farm and attended Hope High school for two years until the family moved to Leoti, Kansas. when he completed his high school education. He played football at both schools. Roehrman was working in Wichita, Kansas, when he entered the service. He had Marine training at Paris Island, South Carolina, and Camp LeJeue, North Carolina. After a furlough, he was stationed in Hawaii and then given orders to go overseas. No other information in known according to the Dickinson County Heritage Center and Museum.
