Biography
Duane Rock from Hope, KS served in the Army from 1941-1945. He was a supply truck driver and landed at Normandy soon after D-Day. He didn’t talk much about it, but we knew what he saw was horrific. He said the bodies littered the Normandy beach, driving his truck around them. See more in the attached documents.
