D-Day Deception

The Allies laid the foundation for success on D-Day months in advance, not only through training but also through large scale deception. Students will examine a variety of primary sources — physical, audio, and visual — as they learn about the Allies bold, unlikely, and ultimately successful deception of Nazi forces.
