Holocaust Remembrance Day Program: Children of Terezin

While Nazi forces terrorized Europe, they wanted to show the world that those being held in concentraton camps were living “normal” lives. A huge ruse was created and carried out during a Red Cross visit to Terezin. Behind the scenes, some brave individuals offered hope to those being persecuted. Through the story of the Terezen concentration camp, students will see how art and compassion made a difference.
